Developers wanting to develop apps for Samsung’s latest Gear 2 watches can do so as Samsung has released the Tizen Software Development Kit (SDK) for Wearables (download from here). The apps developed with this SDK will be compatible with the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo smartwatches that Samsung announced at the Mobile World Congress late last month.

Samsung claims over 100 partnerships are in place with app developers and some of the apps that will be compatible with the watch are as follows:

iwunta (Cloudwear)
Life360
