NTT Docomo today announced their 2014 summer lineup of smartphones for the Japanese market which also includes Samsung’s latest flagship phone – Galaxy S5. The phone will go on sale from tomorrow and interestingly, the Japanese variant also gets a pink coloured Galaxy S5 in addition to the white and black colours.

The specification of the device is in line with the international Snapdragon variant with few modifications to cater to the Japanese market. The Android 4.4 running Galaxy S5 features 2.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 5.1-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and is resistant to water and dust.

The phone also supports Docomo’s Xi LTE service, VoLTE, FeliCa NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 16 megapixel and 2 megapixel cameras, 32GB internal memory, 2800mAh battery, One-Seg and NOTTV support.
