After temporarily suspending business with Dongguan Shinyang Electronics Co. Ltd that was alleged in hiring underage workers, Samsung has confirmed that they will reduce business volume with the company by 30 percent.

Samsung still maintains zero tolerance policy for child labour but the change of decision from a complete suspension came after Samsung found the hiring of child labour was a result of a third party labour dispatch agency and the supplier was not involved “directly”.
