The Galaxy S5 mini is coming soon to India and it seems Samsung has teamed up with online retailer, Flipkart to sell the device. In a teaser posted on the Facebook page, Flipkart has confirmed that they’ll exclusively sell Galaxy S5’s smaller-sized sibling. This is the second device from Samsung that is being sold exclusively by an online retailer after Amazon India bagged the exclusive selling rights of the Galaxy K zoom.
Online retailers like Flipkart, Amazon India, Snapdeal are home to many exclusive sales but Flipkart currently has the most of all with Motorola, Xiaomi, Asus selling their phones exclusively through the retailer.
Galaxy S5 mini is IP67 certified that protects the phone from dust and water and comes with a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with 1280×720 pixel resolution, 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8 megapixel main camera with 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 2100mAh battery. The phone also features Galaxy S5-like features like a fingerprint sensor, heart rate sensor, IP67 certified body with a perforated back cover, Ultra Power Saving Mode, Kids Mode and Private Mode.
