Samsung clarifies Galaxy Note 4 gap is a non-issue

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 that went on sale last week seemed to have a gap around the sides, thus questioning the smartphone’s build quality. However, as it turns out, the gap is a non-issue. At least, according to Samsung.

Samsung has issued a statement to Trusted Reviews that claims the issue “does not impact the functionality or quality” and meets Samsung’s “strict manufacturing and quality control standards.”

Interestingly, the user manual of Galaxy Note 4 also mentions the gap (page 180) and calls it a “necessary manufacturing feature.”
