In a bid to offer a holistic IT solution to enterprises, Samsung has announced 360 Services for Business. The suite that is being piloted with multiple Fortune 1000 companies offers “mobility support, enterprise mobility management (EMM) and value added services for deployment, security, applications and device care.”
Samsung says 360 Services builds on the Samsung Enterprise Services and brings in technical support & service desk, better application and security support, deployment and MobileCare to offer extended repair and warranty for Samsung devices.
The service has been built with “mobile first” strategy in mind and will launch globally in early 2015.
