Samsung today announced the Gear Circle headphones for the American market. The light-weight and sweat-resistant Gear Circle utilises Bluetooth to connect to the smartphone and features magnetic lock that allows the accessory to be worn around the neck and performs additional functions like detaching the earphones to receive a call, attaching it to pause music and so on.
Gear Circle also supports Text-to-Speech through S Voice and has up to 11 hours of battery life.
Samsung recently launched the Gear Circle in South Korea and is available in black and blue and at select T-Mobile stores. There’s no word on the price but will also sell later this month at AT&T, Samsung.com, and Amazon.com with white colour as a Best Buy exclusive.
