Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy Tab A tablet for the German market. The tablet will sell in two variants – Wi-Fi-only and LTE and will be available in Germany from late April or early May for 299 euros and 349 euros respectively.
The 9.7-inch tablet supports XGA (1024×768) display resolution and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1.5GB RAM for the Wi-Fi variant and 2GB for the LTE variant.
As far as other features are concerned, the 7.5mm tablet sports a 5 megapixel camera at the rear and 2 megapixel at the front, 6000mAh battery, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 16GB internal memory with microSD card slot supporting up to 128GB, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, Kids mode and multi account support.
The tablet also supports SideSync that allows users to control their smartphone from their PC.
