Samsung’s slimmest smartphone has been launched for the world’s second largest telecom market. The 5.9mm thin phone is now selling in India carrying a price tag of Rs. 32,500.
Galaxy A8 takes some design inspiration from the Galaxy S6 but improves on couple of features from Samsung’s Galaxy S flagship, like the inclusion of a microSD card slot and a larger 3050mAh battery.
Apart from that, the Galaxy A8 comes with a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16 megapixel rear-facing camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera and 32GB internal memory.
Samsung India will sell the phone in Black, White and Gold colours with double data offer for Airtel users for six months.
