Samsung’s Galaxy S6 edge is undoubtedly a popular device but it does not necessarily mean it is secure as well. Googlers from the Project Zero team have published their recent findings and they came to the conclusion that the phone is marred by “11 high-impact issues.” While eight of the issues are resolved by Samsung in their October maintenance release, the company has confirmed to the Project Zero team that the rest of the bugs will be plugged in the November software release.
The ones that are unfixed, the team says, have a lower severity and will take some user intervention for the hacker to hack into the device.
