China seems to be the hotbed for Samsung to launch their upcoming smartphones. They have listed the Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) on the website that boasts some improved metallic design and hardware. Starting with the J7 (2016), the phone comes with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, 5.5-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display, 3GB RAM, 3300mAh battery and a 13 megapixel camera at the back with a 5 megapixel sensor on the front with LED flash. There’s also NFC support, dual SIM card slots supporting 4G, 16GB internal memory and a microSD card slot.
The J5 (2016) on the other hand, lowers the hardware slightly with a quad-core 1.2GHz chip, 2GB RAM, 5.2-inch 720p Super AMOLED display and 3100mAh battery. Except for NFC, rest of the features remain the same.
