The legal battle between Samsung and Nvidia seems to come to an end. Nvidia and Samsung have reached an agreement to settle their patent dispute involving graphics. In a joint statement issued by the companies, both have agreed to license “small number of patents by each company to the other”. This, however, does not include cross-licensing patents or any other type of compensation.

According to the Bloomberg report, the settlement comes hours before USITC’s final decision. Samsung had countersued Nvidia over the latter’s claims and the judge had found that Nvidia indeed, was infringing some of Samsung’s patents.

The agreement will settle all the ongoing litigations across different courts.
