Samsung and Nokia have announced the expansion of their patent cross-licensing agreement. The new agreement now covers additional patent portfolios between both the companies.
Neither Nokia nor Samsung has specified which patents the agreement covers but Nokia reckons the licensing will have a positive impact on their financials.
Earlier this year, Samsung and Nokia reached an agreement on patent licensing after an arbitration.
