If you’re still on the fence with regards to Samsung’s Galaxy S7 or the Galaxy S7 edge, now’s the chance to hop onto the Galaxy. If you live in India, both Galaxy S devices have got an official price cut and now retails for Rs. 43,400 and Rs. 50,900 respectively. With Galaxy Note7 around the corner, the price cut was expected but this is a significant price reduction of more than 10 percent and the first major price cut in the Indian market after its launch in March.
Flagship Samsung devices have been notorious for seeing a massive drop in the retail price few weeks into the launch but interestingly, the Galaxy S7 family held up the asking price for good five months, thanks to the tight monitoring of retailers by Samsung and no real competition in the premium smartphone segment.
