Samsung can’t really catch a break. The Korean company announced that there’s a potential safety hazard with respect to their top-loading washing machines manufactured between March 2011 and April 2016.
Samsung says the affected units “experience abnormal vibrations” that poses a risk of personal injury or property damage when washing bedding, bulky or water-resistant items.
Samsung is in talks with CPSC and figure out the recall but in the meantime, they recommend consumers using affected models to use the lower speed delicate cycle when washing large items like bedding etc.
