In a bid to increase use of Samsung Pay in the United States, Samsung will roll out the Samsung Rewards program this week that will reward points to users transacting through Smasung Pay. Registered users will earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards, prepaid Visa gift cards, Samsung products and more.
Samsung will also reward regular Samsung Pay users, allowing them to earn more points based on the number of transactions they do in a month. For instance, five transactions in month will upgrade the user to “Silver” status and earn twice the points for every transaction; 20 monthly transactions makes them a “Gold” status, resulting in triple points’ and 30 monthly Samsung Pay transactions puts a user in the “Platinum” tier where they earn quadruple points.
Samsung will also award select active enrollees with “Instant Win” prizes, starting with a trip for two to Napa Valley. New prizes, offers will be introduced regularly.
