Samsung will supply Exynos chips for Audi’s in-vehicle infotainment system

Samsung has announced their participation in Audi Progressive SemiConductor Program (PSCP) as a partner supplier of Exynos processors. The SoC will be used for Audi’s in-vehicle infotianment system, which boasts multiple OS and multi-display support and offers powerful computing and graphics processing performance.

Samsung introduced the first Exynos processor back in 2010 and while mobile devices have been major business for the Exynos chips, the company has been exploring other industries.
