If you reside in the United States, you can now pre-order Samsung’s new flagship phones – Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. The phones are on pre-order right now in Midnight Black, Orchid Gray and Arctic Silver colours and are compatible with major US carriers like AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Sprint, Straight Talk Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon Wireless. Samsung is also selling the devices in Best Buy, ShopSamsung app, Target and Walmart.
Pre-ordering the device has some incentives, which includes a free Gear VR headset with Controller and Oculus content. Paying $99 more will also get you a limited edition premium bundle that comes with a 256GB memory card and Bluetooth headphones by AKG and customers with a Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ will also be eligible for Platinum Experience Status with Samsung Rewards.
Additionally, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ buyers will also get a month free of Samsung Premium Care customer care service that offers one-on-one, 24/7 technical support and assistance.
Both Galaxy S8 devices come with a Quad HD+ (2960×1440) Super AMOLED Infinity Display with Galaxy S8 featuring a 5.8-inch screen and Galaxy S8+ having a 6.2-inch screen. They are powered by Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB of storage and microSD card slot supporting up to 256GB.
Furthermore, the Galaxy S8 duo feature a 12-megapixel f/1.7 sensor on the back with OIS and 4K video recording support and an upgraded 8-megapixel sensor on the front with f/1.7 aperture, IP68 certified that make it water (up to 30 mins for up to 1.5 meters) and dust resistant, 3.5mm headphone jack and a 3000mAh/3500mAh (Galaxy S8/Galaxy S8+) with USB Type-C support, Bixby virtual assistant and wireless charging.
