With the Galaxy S8 duo receiving positive reviews across the globe, Samsung India today made the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ official for the Indian market. The phones will go on sale from April 29 and can be pre-booked at regular offline stores or can be pre-ordered on Flipkart.com. The phones will be available in Black and Gold colours. Users pre-booking the phone will receive a wireless charger free.
The phones are one of the best looking to come out of Samsung’s lab with 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch Infinity Quad HD+ Display, 10nm Exynos 8895 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage. Both devices are IP68 certified, making them water resistant and comes with 12-megapixel camera at the back, 8-megapixel on the front, USB Type-C and 3000/3500mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ also support a variety of accessories like the wireless charging, DeX Station to transform the phone into a PC, Gear 360 and Gear VR. The phones come bundled with AKG headphones.
The Galaxy S8 will sell for Rs. 57,900 while the Galaxy S8+ will retail for Rs. 64,900.
