Remember S Bike mode that Samsung introduced? Chances are slim as the feature was kind of a big deal for Indian bikers with the launch of its J-series phone last year. Now, a new app developed by Samsung Benelux called In-Traffic Reply apparently works in a similar way.
When activated, the app will use your phone’s GPS to ensure you’re in motion and any call received during that duration will be responded with a customised or a default message letting the caller know you can’t pick up the call because you’re driving.
We’re not sure if the app allows incoming of important calls from your home, office or preset contacts but given how S Bike works, we assume In-Traffic Reply will allow as well.
Thankfully, there will be no stupid NFC tag to activate In-Traffic Reply.
The app is currently in beta but Samsung says the app will launch on Google Play Store in mid-May.
