Samsung has unveiled a Vertical TV in South Korea

Millenials tend to watch a lot of multimedia content on their phones vertically and sensing an opportunity, Samsung today unveiled The Sero. It’s a vertical TV that comes with NFC and allows users to mirror their portrait content from the phone onto the big screen. To enhance the vertical viewing experience, the TV is equipped with a 4.1-channel 60-watt speakers that can be used to play music via Samsung Music or any other streaming music service.

Needless to say, the TV can be turned horizontally to view traditional content and integrates Bixby for voice assistance and hands-free control.

The Sero will go on sale in South Korea first in May for 1.89 million Korean won.
