A new Samsung phone has received the FCC certification. The S3650 looks to be another budget touchscreen offering that will feature a 2.8-inch 262K LCD touchscreen, TouchWiz UI, Quad-band GSM/EDGE support, Bluetooth v2.1+EDR, FM Radio with RDS, music player, 2MP camera fixed focus camera and microSD slot.

Samsung T659 Scarlet slider pictured
After gaining the FCC certification, the T659 codenamed Scarlet for T-Mobile has been caught in the wild that looks pretty mediocre, to say the least. The phone is said to carry quad-band GSM support, 3G 1700/2100MHz, MP3 player, Bluetooth, 2MP camera and microSD card slot. No details on the release yet. Source
Samsung B5100 makes an appearance at the FCC
FCC, famous for its phone leaks have leaked Samsung’s GT-B5100 while it was on a visit. The phone possibly looks Symbian powered (look at the Symbian menu key) and has a 3MP camera with flash, front camera, HSDPA, QVGA display, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
