The S3650 looks to be another budget touchscreen offering that will feature a 2.8-inch 262K LCD touchscreen, TouchWiz UI, Quad-band GSM/EDGE support, Bluetooth v2.1+EDR, FM Radio with RDS, music player, 2MP camera fixed focus camera and microSD slot.
