Samsung has a deal in place with regional US carriers to launch LTE-enabled phones and it looks like they’ll do the same with Verizon as well. Details about the device are slim but going by the image, the SCH-I520 phone will support 4G band, Android 2.2.1, TouchWiz UI and will have Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n.

The phone is expected to be unveiled at the CES next month.
