Samsung sells 2.34m phones in South Korea in May


 

Samsung has released monthly sales figures of its mobile phones in the South Korean market. Thanks to the launch of Galaxy S II and sale of other Galaxy devices, Samsung has managed to sell over 2.30 million phones, which is more than 33 percent as compared to sales in April.

Samsung’s smartphone market share stood at 81 percent for the month whereas the overall market share at 58.1 percent.
