Samsung has announced availability of Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab for the Japanese market. Just as we expected, Galaxy S coming will come out this late October and unlike Galaxy Tab’s rumored March launch, the tablet will sell via NTT DOCOMO sometime in late November.
Galaxy S will run Android 2.2 out-of-the-box and feature similar specs to other Galaxy S variants like 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1GHz CPU, 5MP camera with HD video recording, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11n, GPS, microSD card slot and metallic black color.
Galaxy Tab on the other hand will come with Android 2.2 OS, 7-inch WSVGA Super TFT display, 1GHz CPU, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, 3.2MP rear camera, 1.3MP front facing camera, GPS and microSD card support.
Both the devices will be exhibited at the CEATEC 2010 till October 9.
