Continuum

Samsung’s Continuum, a Galaxy S smartphone on Verizon is the first handset in the world to integrate SRS Labs’ SRS WideSurround technology. SRS WideSurround is an audio solution designed to deliver surround sound through a phone’s built-in speakers.

SRS says Continuum users are the first ones to experience “theatre-like surround sound” that is achieved by creating an expansive personal surround field. The overall audio quality is touted to be compelling and immersive no matter how the user holds the device.
