Galaxy Nexus (SC-04D)

NTT Docomo today confirmed to launch Galaxy Nexus in Japan next month but didn’t divulge any device details. Luckily for us, a Japanese site has posted an image of a Docomo flyer that shows off the image as well as some specs.

According to the site, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich running Galaxy Nexus will come with a huge 4.7-inch 1280×720 Super AMOLED HD display and will be powered by Texas Instruments’ OMAP4460 1.2GHz dual-core processor.

As for other specs, it will have a 5MP camera with full HD video recording support, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 14.4Mbps HSDPA, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS.

NTT Docomo will market it under the NEXT series.
