We gave you an exclusive hands-on last year and now Samsung has opened the ChatON for web interface for everyone. ChatON users will now be able to communicate with other users on a web browser while on PC or can continue their conversation on Android or iOS devices.
ChatON for web is almost similar to the mobile app variant that allows users to have a group chat, 1:1 conversation, attachment support, emoticons and more.
You can try out the service at the link below and need to input the same phone number, in case you wish to sync the existing ChatON contacts from your phone.
UPDATE: The web-based client requires users to install a ChatON app on the phone first to receive the verification code. But if you haven’t, the web service still works (at least for now).

ChatON site said that Windows phone version is coming soon. you can go to their website and go to download area for the information
