UK court recently ruled that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab didn’t infringe Apple’s patents and ordered Apple to post a notice on their website for six months and place an ad in newspapers and magazines stating the same.
However, Apple UK won’t publish it anytime soon as they’ve managed to get a stay order until its appeal till October. Apple said they “didn’t want to advertise for its rival.”
