Back in July, UK court judge ruled that Galaxy Tab 10.1 didn’t infringe on any of Apple iPad’s design patents and ordered Apple to state the same by publishing ads and posting a notice on the website.
Apple managed to get a stay order that time but it seems they’ll have to run the ads after all as the UK appeals court have upheld the original decision. A three-judge panel has ordered Apple to “publish notices in UK newspapers with details of the ruling.”
