Dutch Court Clears Samsung From Apple Patent Infringement

October 24, 2012 By kunal Leave a Comment

A Dutch court earlier today ruled that Samsung did not infringe an Apple patent. Apple accused Samsung to infringe its multi-touch function patent but the Hague court weighed down Apple’s claim and acknowledged the fact that its decision is similar to the ruling in UK and Germany.

With these products Samsung does not infringe the claims that Apple has made.

The Dutch court also ordered Apple to compensate Samsung’s legal fees to the tune of 325,000 euros.
