Apple To Add Galaxy Note 10.1, Android 4.1 To Existing Lawsuit

November 7, 2012 By kunal 5 Comments

Note

Apple yesterday expressed its intention to add Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1 and Google’s Android 4.1 OS to its ongoing lawsuit in California.

Apple believes Galaxy Note 10.1 that uses a stylus infringes some of the Apple patents and even wants to add 17 other devices that are not shipped with stylus but could use a stylus.

Samsung on the other hand, wants to expand its complaint by adding iPhone 5.

Interestingly, the case in which Apple wants to add the tablet won’t be until 2014.
