The Hague court in Netherlands have sided with Samsung by ruling that the Galaxy Tab does not infringe said Apple patents. The Dutch court cited rulings from the UK court that stated the same but without the penalty of the UK court that ordered Apple to publish a statement on the website and advertise sharing the details of the case.
We continue to believe that Apple was not the first to design a tablet with a rectangular shape and rounded corners and that the origins of Apple’s registered design features can be found in numerous examples.
