Samsung announced the first Galaxy Note device in 2011 and since then, the Korean giant has managed to ship over 10 million units in its domestic market. This number includes all devices – Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note II and Galaxy Note 3 and took just over 2 years for Samsung to achieve this milestone.

There’s no info on Galaxy Note’s global numbers but its suffice to say that it may have crossed the 50 million figure since Samsung confirmed the 38 million figure back in September.

Samsung is even holding a special event for South Korean customers for a limited time wherein they can win some goodies. The event will last from Jan 17 to Feb 7, 2014.
