Samsung is the 7th best global brand, according to a report released by Interbrand. Interbrand releases its brand report every year and going by their ISO certified Best Global Brand methodology, Samsung has moved one place up from the 8th spot from last year and maintains the same 4th position if you consider sector-wise. Samsung’s 2014 brand value is currently is at $45.462 billion.
Samsung reckons its leadership in the smartphone market, launch of new products in the television market and multiple collaborations with fashion brands and Olympics has helped them to maintain their brand value.
Samsung is trailed by Apple, Google, Microsoft in the Technology sector.
