An initial indicator of how good the phone will fare are the pre-order numbers and if South Korea’s numbers are any indication for Galaxy S8 series, Samsung is looking at their new bestseller phone.
The Korean giant confirmed that the Galaxy S8 series has surpassed 1 million pre-orders, making it the most pre-ordered phone for Samsung.
Some research firm estimates that Samsung will sell close to 55-60 million units of both Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.
Both Galaxy S8 devices boast Infinity Display with Quad HD+ Super AMOLED panel, 10nm Exynos processor, 4GB RAM, up to 128GB internal storage, IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, 3000/3500mAh battery, wireless charging and Bixby virtual assistant.
Last week, Samsung confirmed Galaxy S8 pre-orders crossing 720,000 units.
