Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court has found Samsung guilty of infringing patents held by Huawei. The court has rapped Samsung for delaying negotiations deliberately and has asked the Korean giant to stop infringing on Huawei’s two 4G standard-related patents.

Samsung’s legal tussle with Huawei has been ongoing since May 2016 when Huawei first sued Samsung for infringing its patents related to 4G, operating system and user interface. In retaliation, Samsung sued Huawei in multiple courts in China and going how things are shaping up, it does not look good for the Sammy. Last year, another Chinese court ordered Samsung to pay Huawei a sum of 80 million yuan or equivalent to $11.6 million.
